Leorgia Kelly Oatis, age 93. Daughter of the late Arthur Kelly Sr., and Mattie Cagins Kelly and stepdaughter of the late Alice R. Barnes Kelly. Mother of James h. (Florencia) Oatis Sr., Eva Lombard Villavaso, Amos J. and John W. Oatis, Marydlain (Troy) Scott, Willie Williams, Hoyce (Sue) Oatis and the late Robert G. and Paunette Oatis. Sister of A.R. Kelly, Melvia Hicks, Beatrice Hannah, Erma Hunt and Lillie Bridges. Also survived by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by 5 siblings.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Gaza Missionary Baptist Church, 7258 Ransom St., NOLA 70126 for 10:00 am on Saturday, November 22, 2014, Rev. Minor Rogers, officiating. Interment: Rest Haven Cemetery. Visitation begins at 9:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Magnolia Community Services, 100 Central Ave., NOLA 70121.
