Obituary for Lamar Isidore

Lamar Jason Isidore was born on October 6, 1980 to the union of Sylvia S. and Mark Isidore Sr. He became known to many as “Tupac”. Lamar was raised in Davant, LA with his brothers, Gerard and Mark Isidore Jr., and his sisters, Shavantia LaFrance, Reynell Brooks, Markell Warner, Marketta Williams, Markanna Encalade and Markesha Barthelemy. Grandson of the late Joseph Sino Sr., and Sylvia Davis Sino, Herman Isidore Sr., and Antoinette Isidore. Lamar attended Phoenix High School in Plaquemines Parish. Though they mourn his passing, cherished memories of his life will eternally remain with his mother, Sylvia Sino Isidore; father, Mark Isidore Sr; siblings Mark (Tana) Isidore Jr., Gerard Isidore, Shavantia LaFrance, Reynell (Larise) Brooks, Markell (Gerry) Warner, Marketta (Chad) Williams, Markanna (Jevon) Encalade and Markesha (John) Barthelemy; 6 nephews, 7 nieces, 10 uncles, 12 aunts and a host of other relatives and friends.



Family, friends and all neighboring churches of Plaquemines, St. Bernard, Orleans and Jefferson Parishes are invited to attend the Service at St. Andrew Baptist Church, 2823 English Turn Rd., Braithwaite, LA on Saturday, December 27, 2014 for 11:00 am, Pastor Merlin Flores Sr., officiating. Interment: English Turn Cemetery. Visitation begins at 9:00 am.
