Obituary for Beverly Ann Irving

Beverly Ann Irving-Frezel was born to the Late Howard Irving Jr. and Helen Delay Irving on February 1, 1954. She attended and graduated in 1973 from George Washington Carver Senior High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, Beverly was known as the first female Drum Majorette. She was also the Loving Wife of the late Isaac "Pete" Frezel. She went home to be with the Lord on March 21, 2018 at 11:50 pm. Beverly leaves precious memories of her infectious smile, kind heart, giving spirit; she was determined, independent and strong willed with a great sense of humor. The people she leaves to celebrate her life are her two children Natasha James, Ashon Ruffins (Kenyatta) and four grandchildren Phillip Joseph Jr, Ikea G. Joseph, Taylor I. Ruffins and Ashon M. Ruffins. She will remain in the hearts of her nine siblings Lorraine I. Breaud (Charles), Helen I. Burley (Bruce), Ellarstina Irving (Herbert), Brenda I. Johnson (Tyrone), Bonnie I. Derbigny (Bruce), Ruth Irving (Jordan), Lafayette "Fate" Irving (Martha Ray), Howard Irving III (Eva), Hollis Irving (Sheila) and 38 nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her Father Howard Irving Jr. Maternal and Fraternal grandparents, Charles V. Breaud Sr, Kenan o. Breaud, Jeremiah Johnson. Funeral Service will be held on March 31, 2018 at: Charbonnet Funeral Home 1615 St. Phillip St. New Orleans, La 70116.
