Perry "Big Perry" Russell Alexcee, Sr., age 78, peacefully yet humbly entered eternal rest on Friday, April 27, 2018. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Rose Alexcee, children Kim Taylor (Melvin), Patrick Ordon (Tammy), Idell Rembert, Perry Alexcee Jr. (Angele), Gayle McCarty (Leslee), Malenda Brown (Cary), Mary Donaldson (Reggie), the Donaldson, Gibson, Tyler, McCormick, Wright, and White Families; over 50 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild as well as all of the families of which he cared for, raised, and was a Father figure to; his sister Irene Burnell, sister-in-laws Frances and Sarah Alexcee, Chrystal Cormier, Sandra Harris, Darlene Coachman (Reginald), Bertha Evans (Alvin) of Houston, TX., Nadine Gauthier (Carl) of Hahnville, LA., Aline Ulrich (Scott) of Slidell, LA.; his father-in-law Emile Washington Jr., mother-in-law Geraldine Duroncelet-Thomas, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Perry "Big Perry" Russell Alexcee Sr. is preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Augusta Alexcee, his sons Gerald (Mickey) and Brian (Dankey) Smith, Alvin Taylor, and Phyllis Wilson, his brothers Samuel, Roland, John, and Roy Alexcee; his sisters Ruby White, Geraldine Bentley, Edna Gleason, Yvonne Burns, and Luvy Broadnax, and his grandchild Corey Smith.
