Alma Joseph Frye entered into eternal rest on August 13, 2018, at the age of 84. She was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA, and later Metairie, LA, while spending some years in San Antonio, Texas (Post Hurricane Katrina). Alma worked as a home health aide for many years. Alma was preceded in death by her husband Edward Frye; her parents Antoinette Roussell and Ellis Joseph Sr.; one sister Elnora Joseph Morris; and three brothers Leroy, Ellis Jr., and Stanley Joseph. She leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Saturday, August 25, 2018, at New Macedonia Baptist Church, 8308 Sheldon Street, Metairie, LA, at 11:00 A.M.
