Julia Mae Stevenson Davis on Friday, November 23, 2018 was called home to be with the Lord at the age of 72. Daughter of the late Eddie and Jerrydean Stevenson. She leaves to cherish her memories her eight children, Willie Stevenson, Carolyn (Kenneth) Meyers, Eugene (Angela) Davis, Christopher (Chrishonda) Davis, Christine (Johnny) Felder, Clarence (Lawanna) Davis, Shrylin (Armand)Davis-Louis and Lenore Davis, 25 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. Two brothers John Henry Stevenson and Alton Coleman. Preceded in death by one sister Dorothy Stevenson and one brother Eddie Stevenson. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, employees of Friendly Inn, Big Cats Gas Station, and DCI are invited to attend the Celebration of Life on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Zion Hill Baptist Church 1126 N. Robertson St., New Orleans, LA 70116. Visitation begins at 10:00 AM. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
