Jessie D. Hoffman, Sr. "Rock" was born on November 8, 1955 in Monroe, Louisiana to the union of Elam and Rosa Lee Hoffman. He was called to his heavenly home on Monday, November 19, 2018. Jessie was preceded in death by his parents Elam and Rosa Lee Hoffman, his grandparents Matilda and Charlie Davis. One sister Mary Lee Williams, tow brothers Mark Allen Davis and William Leroy Hoffman. His Special brother-in-law Rayfield Shallohom and step son Alvin Joseph Richardson.
