Madeliene Carroll Simon, a New Orleans native and homemaker, entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 21, 2018 at the age of 70. She was the daughter of the late Ruby and Ernest Simon. Madeliene leaves to cherish her memory her son Derrick Romallis Breston, grandson Romallis Breston; sisters Catherine Davis, Gayle Clark, Erica, Kia, and Stephanie Simon; brothers Jeffery, Randy, Reginald, Ernest, and Dwayne Simon. Relatives, friends, Members of New Hope B.C., and employees of the USDA National Finance Center are invited to attend Celebration of Life honoring Ms. Madeliene C.
