Shannon Arnest Smith was called to her heavenly home on Monday, December 24, 2018 at the age of 30. A graduate of Xavier University Preparatory School and Louisiana State University, Shannon was a native of Algiers, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Beloved daughter of Ernest J. Smith, Jr. and Karen Christophe Smith. Beloved sister of Ernest J. Smith, III. Beloved granddaughter of Shirley W. Smith, Evelyn Christophe; the late Ernest J. Smith, Sr., Lionel Christophe, Sr. and Angelina O. Christophe. Goddaughter of Cathy Cambrice and Shannon Holliday. Godsister of Kelly Cambrice and Shondra Casby. Godmother of Ayden Clark. Also survived by a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
