Robert Peter Roussell entered into eternal rest on February 13, 2019 at the age of 88. Robert is survived by his devoted cousin Ruth Oubre and her children. He was preceded in death by his parents: Romeo and Augustine Roussell and sisters Margie and Lucille Roussell.
