David Alvin Jordan, a native of New Orleans entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 18, 2019 at the age of 69.He had a love for fishing, cooking and most of all his family. David leaves to cherish is memory his loving wife Linda B. Jordan, devoted children Danielle Jordan Marshall, Meagan Ronall Jordan, Morgan Ryan (Sheneka) Jordan,Erica Castell and Johnny J. Castell ; brother Donald Gloude;sister Linda Godfrey. Grandchildren Sydney Nikole Marshall, Cy Lashawn Smith, Morgan Ryan Jordan Jr.,Lillian E. Castell, Lelani V. Castell, Johnathan J. Castell. He is preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Lillie Jordan; grand-daughter Amelia Morgan and his nephew Emile Godfrey Jr.
