Elias T. Carter, Sr., entered eternal rest on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Waldon Healthcare at the age of 80. He was married to the late Mildred W. Carter for 61 years. Elias Sr., leaves to cherish his memory nine children, one stepdaughter, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, one sister and two brothers-in-law.
