Floyd John Track, Jr. departed this life on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the age of 44. Loving fiancé of Evangelist Raquel Franklin, beloved son of Antoinette Briggs Jackson and Floyd John Track, Sr., adoring father of Latoya Roberts (mother, La'Tanya Roberts), grandfather of Zi'Riyah Cheneau and Zi'yad Cheneau; brother of Courtney M. Washington Jackson, Christy B. Jackson, Teyonna Track Smith (Ruben), Whitney Chapman, Joy Lagrue; Niroko and Marquise Track, uncle of Kammeel Hayes and Kedrick Hayes, nephew of Lillian Johnson, Patricia Holmes, Karen Briggs, Debra Track Joseph, Lois T. Carter and Shelly LaCroix (Pastor Kirk LaCroix), Kenneth J. Briggs, Tommy Briggs, Keith Briggs and Gary W. Briggs. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Floyd was preceded in death by his grandparents, Isaac Brigg, Barbara Johnson Briggs, Floyd Willie Track and Anniemae Track; brother, Marlon Washington; uncles, the late Carl Track, Ricky Track and Don Isaac Briggs; aunt, Barbara J. Jones. A funeral service honoring the life of Mr. Floyd John Track, Jr. will be held in the Chapel of Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home, 1615 St. Philip Street, New Orleans, LA 70116 on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 3 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the service will be limited to close family and friends. Everyone in attendance is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Strictly enforced. Private burial for family only!
