Harold Peter Williams ,a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA departed this life on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at age 79. Son of the late Gus Williams, Sr. and Stella Francois. In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was also preceded in death by four sisters, Dorothy Williams, Thelma Griffin, Ethel French and Marguerite Trahan; five brothers, Earl Williams, Gus Williams, Jr., George Williams, Alex Williams and Willie Williams. He is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration Service honoring the life of Mr. Harold Peter Williams will be held at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church, 5919 Morrison Rd, New Orleans, LA 70126 on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 10 am, Rev. Dr. Reginald Varnado, Sr. Pastor, Officiating. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a limited number of relatives and friends are invited to attend the services. Everyone in attendance is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Strictly enforced. Interment Providence Memorial Park Cemetery, 8200 Airline Dr. Metairie LA 70003. Visitation 9 am in the church.
