Bruce Henry Braden Jr., entered this world on December 20, 1971 to the union of Bruce H. Braden and the late Jane Bienemy. On Monday, March 15, 2021, God summoned his angels and called Bruce home after a long hard fight against Covid-19. He departed this earth with his father by his side. Bruce attended St. Louis De Marillac Elementary School in Arabi, LA. He was a proud alumnus of St. Augustine High School and the marching 100, Class of 1989. In addition to his mother, Bruce is also preceded in death by his stepfather, Milton Bienemy; grandparents, J. D.(Audrey) Addison, Warren (Barbara) Braden; God-Mother, Jessie Cusimamo and aunt, Josie Calhoun. In addition to his father, Bruce also leaves to cherish precious memories, his step- mother, Collise C. Braden; sister, Tiffany (Pernell) Young; brothers, Christopher V. Braden and Joseph Bienemy; stepsisters, Shelise Brown and Reyon Brown (Adrian) Antoine; uncles, Brian(Virginia) Braden, Joseph (Catherine) Addison; aunts, Ardith Innis, Leontine Johnson and Kay (Sidney) Brown; former wife, Laurie Sellers and devoted friend, Paulette Jackson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service honoring the life of Mr. Bruce Braden, Jr. will be held at Christian Fellowship Family Worship Center, 5816 E. Judge Perez Drive, Violet, LA 70092 on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10 AM. Interment Merrick Cemetery, 7405 E. St. Bernard Hwy., Violet, LA 70092.
