Edward B. Epps Sr., Age 78 passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 6, 2021. Beloved husband of Carmen Duplantier Epps; son of the late Harold J. Epps and Alma LeCesne Epps; devoted father of Edward B. Epps, Jr. (Yolande) and Tracie Epps. Also survived by grandchildren, Nicholas, Nicole, Travis, Kristian, Tyler Tori and four great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Epps was also preceded in death by his siblings, June Marshall and Wayne Epps. He was loved by his brothers in law, the Duplantier brothers, the late Paul, Jr., Alton, Renee, the late Dennis and Gerald. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A Celebration service honoring the life of the late Mr. Edward B. Epps, Sr. will be held in the Chapel of Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home, 1615 St. Philip Street, New Orleans, LA 70116 on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 12 noon. Interment Private.
