On Saturday morning, February 12, 2022, Raymond Earl Lee, Sr. (aka Hawk) age 67, was released from his earthly assignment and made his journey to be with the Lord. Raymond was born on August 5, 1954 in New Orleans, LA to the union of the late Arthur Lee, Sr. and Mary Albertha Walker. He accepted Christ at an early age, attended Holy Ghost Elementary School and was a proud graduate of Walter L. Cohen Senior High School and Delgado Community College. After graduating from Walter L. They were married for 32 years and this union produced two children, Carlene Lee Spencer (Wendell) and Raymond Earl Lee, Jr. (Dawn Monique). In 1974, Raymond enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served 5 years. After military service, Raymond returned to New Orleans to embark upon his adult life. He worked as a laborer at public service until he retired. Later in life, Raymond married Tammy Dolliole on March 16, 2018 and enjoyed many happy years. He was an inspiration to many. He always had a warm smile, kind words, open hands reaching to help and a loving heart for everyone he met. And if you happened to call him during his favorite TV shows 'Jeopardy' and 'Judge Judy', he would politely say 'Can I hit you back?'. He will be missed.
