Ronald Gaines departed this life on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the age of 73. He was born May 7, 1948 to the late Edward, Sr. and Alma Brooks Gaines. Mr. Gaines was married to the love of his life, the late Fay Ann Gaines. Ronald was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 130. Brother of Doris G. Scrivens (late Robert, Sr.), Carolyn G. Hamilton, Melvin (late Jennie), Reginald (Tracy), Gaynell, Wardell, Wanda G. Douglas (Michael), and Barry. He also leaves to mourn his passing a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A Private graveside burial will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 4000 Norman Mayer, New Orleans, LA on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 11 AM.
