Rochella Turner Mitchell, a retired public school teacher, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the age of 56. Wife of the late Wilbert Mitchell. Loving mother of Roshonda Williams (Ryan, Sr.). Sister of Reuben, Cornelius and William Turner. Also survived by seven grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A Celebration Service honoring the life and legacy of the late Mrs. Rochella Turner Mitchell will be held in the Chapel of Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home, 1615 St. Philip Street , New Orleans, LA 70116 0n Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 10 AM.
