BERTHA HOLLMON OBITUARY
On Friday, July 1, 2022, Bertha "Beth" Hollmon, age 69 and a native New Orleanian, was called home to eternal rest in Oklahoma City, OK. Daughter of the late Jessie and Ellen Hollmon. Precious memories will linger in the hearts of her children, Kenwana Frisco and Kenneth W. Frisco, Jr; grandchildren, JaSaun and Leonna Hardy, Maceo, Mia, Melodee, Xiona and Kenneth Frisco, III; great grandchildren, Jayda and Lauren Hardy. Beloved sister of Yvonne Williams, Rev. Dr. Harvey L. Hollmon, Mary Ella Hollmon, Sheitan Dorsey, Nathaniel Hollmon, the late Ruth Jenkins, Rev. John P. Edwards, James and Joenathan Woods, Joseph, Ellen, William, Jessie, Emmanuel and Alexander Hollmon. Also survived by her supportive nephew, Jeffery K. Jenkins, as well as a host of nieces, other nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends, Pastor, officers and members of Marine Mt. Moriah Community and Pentecost Baptist Churches, are invited to attend the funeral. A Homegoing Celebration honoring the life and legacy of the late Ms. Bertha Hollmon will be held at Marine Mt. Moriah Community Church, 3034 Andover Street, Shrewsbury, LA, on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11 am, Pastor Donald Robinson officiating, with Eulogy by Rev. Steven Hollmon. Interment Holt Cemetery.
