FREDERICK GREEN OBITUARY
Frederick Lavell Green transitioned to his heavenly home on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the age of 44. He was born in New Orleans, LA on June 28, 1978 to Carlette Victoria Green and the late Frederick Lavell Ratliff. Beloved father of Fredria Casey Matthew and Frederick Lavell Green, Jr. Stepfather of Cutnisha Matthews. Cherished grandson of the late Naomi Lewis Baptiste, Caesar Green, Pearl Ratliff and David Richardson. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, Pastor, officers and members of Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church and Abundant Life Tabernacle, staff and employees of the Office of Public Health and The City of New Orleans Police Department are invited to attend the funeral. A Celebration service honoring the life of the late Mr. Frederick Lavell Green will be held at Abundant Life Tabernacle Church, 1701 Franklin Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70117 on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at 10 am, Rev. Earl Horton, Sr., officiating. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation 9 a.m. in the church. Live-streaming will take place for all who are unable to attend physically.
