ERIC MCGEE OBITUARY
Mr. Eric John McGee, Sr. departed this life surrounded by family on Friday, September 9th, 2022 in New Orleans, LA at the age of 56. Mr. McGee was a business owner and established mechanic. Cherished son of Annie Bell McGee and the late Wellington Coleman, Sr. Devoted father of fourteen children and grandfather of twenty four grandchildren. Also left to cherish his memory, are a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his father, Eric is also preceded in death by three siblings and four children. Relatives and friends of the family are all invited to attend the funeral. A Homegoing Celebration honoring the life and legacy of the late Mr. Eric John McGee, Sr. will be held in the Chapel of Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home, 1615 St. Philip Street, New Orleans, LA 70116 on Thursday, September 22nd, 2022 at 1 pm, Dr. Torin Sanders, Officiating.
