KENNETH MORNAY OBITUARY
Kenneth D. Mornay, Sr., entered into eternal rest on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at the age of 61. Son of the late Lester and Sylvia T. Mornay. Beloved father of the late Kenneth D. Mornay, Jr. and Kendrick D. Mornay (Dejia Shepherd). Brother of Sharon Mornay Bright and Karen Mornay Thomas. Devoted friend of Sheila Glenn and the late Cynthia Williams. Grandfather of Mila Balbino. Stepfather of Wallace Smith, Jr., April, Samika and Kevinesha Glenn. Grandfather of four step-grandchildren. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. All are invited to attend the funeral. A Celebration service honoring the life and legacy of the late Mr. Kenneth D. Mornay, Sr. will be held in the Chapel of Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home, 1615 St. Philip Street, New Orleans, LA 70116 on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 10 am. Interment Resthaven Memorial Park, 10400 Old Gentilly Road, New Orleans, LA 70127. Visitation 9 am in the Chapel. Due to Covid variants, face masks and social distancing encouraged.
