LOUIS WASHINGTON OBITUARY
Louis Washington enter into eternal rest on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He was born March 5, 1949 to the late Hilda Washington and Louis Rue. After Louis aged out of the Harmony Center, he was under the care of his cousin Gladys Rayfield. He leaves to cherish his memory, four brothers, Joseph, Donald, Ronald and Rudolph Washington, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Washington is also preceded in death by four siblings, Alphonse, Walter, Cynthia and Sylvia Washington; grandparents, Hannah and Alexander Bay Washington, Odile Joseph Rue and Walter Joseph. A Celebration Service honoring the life of the late Louis Washington will be held at Greater Mount Caramel Baptist Church, 3721 N. Claiborne Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70117 on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 10 am. Interment Providence Memorial Park Cemetery, 8200 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70003. Visitation 9 am in the church.
