Jeffrey "Herman Lynn Louise" Chauppetta was born on December 6, 1953 to the late Charles and Louise Chauppetta. He departed this life on Sunday, April 30, 2023. Beloved life companion of Rosalie Nastasi for 38 years. Loving father of Tashia Ajan (Daniel), Michelle English (Robert), Kenneth Nastasi (Stephanie) and Heather McQuaig (Justin). Devoted grandfather of Trent Nastasi, Brielle Bastoe, Savannah-Rose English, Ethan Nastasi, Ava Ajan, Addison English and Kenny Nastasi. Loving brother of Charles, Minnie, Dickey, Larry, Steve and Gerald Chauppetta. Son-in-law of Vincent and Virginia Nicolosi. Special thanks to all the doctors and nurses at Ochsner Medical Center (ICU-Jefferson). A Funeral service honoring the life and legacy of the late Mr. Jeffrey Chauppetta will be held at Celebration Church, 7500 West Judge Perez, Arabi, LA on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 12:30 pm.
