Patricia Ann Parker Vincent, the fifth child of Donald Vincent Parker, Sr. and Eunice Ruby Green Parker was born on November 12, 1948 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her Angel Wings on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Mother of Bridget D. (Keith) Cloud and Kim D. Richard, her first husband Roosevelt Dawkins; five grandchildren; Brashon Dawkins (Joey) Miles, Tyranika A Miles, Ronechia B. (Willie) Greenwood, Nelson C. Richard III and Aalyiah P. A .Richard (Krystin (Jason), Keith Jr. and Kelsey) Cloud and twelve great-grandchildren; two brothers; Donald V. Parker, Jr. and Oscar Parker; five sisters: Marilyn Gwendolyn Brumfield, Jackie " Bobbie" Parker, Jeanne Parker, Cynthia Parker, and Juanda Parker; one sister-in-law; Ora Parker and two brothers-in-law, Melvin Brumfield, Sr. and Tyrone Thompson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Vincent, siblings; Gerald Sr., Arthur Ellis, Sr. Parker and Denise A Parker. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at United Fellowship FGB Church, 2401 Annette Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. Service will begin at 10am. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
