Ceola Washington entered into eternal rest on Thursday June 21, 2018, at the age of 70. She was the daughter of the Late Dolores Washington and Henry Carter. Ceola was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She leaves precious memories to cherish, daughters, Barbara (Fatai) Ebagua, Christine (Troy) Smith, and Alecia Washington, Son, Dwayne (Jessica Handy) Washington. Three sisters Elaine Welbourne, Doris (Thomas) Tucker, Veronica Thompson, ten grandchildren six great grandchildren and a host of nieces nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister Rose Marie Davis and her granddaughter Amyri Knox. Family, Friends and Employees of Jefferson Parish Public Works, Wal Mart, Ochsner Medical Center, Jefferson Parish Public Schools, Decker Truck Line Inc. are all welcomed to attend the Homegoing service honoring Ms. Ceola Washington, Friday June 29, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at Hill of Zion Baptist Church, 1413 S Dilton Street, Metairie LA 70003. Viewing begins at 10:00 A.M. Interment, Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA. Arrangements entrusted to Charbonnet Funeral Home
