Laura Mae Banks Cyres entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the age of 83. She was a native of Thibodaux, LA and resided in New Orleans, LA for many years. She leaves to cherish her memories her beloved sons, Tyronne, Kevin, and Prentiss Cyres. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Gertrude Banks. Siblings, Alma and Rachel Banks, Ethel Mae Chriss, Joseph, Eddie, Lawrence, Marshall (Buck), and Jessie Banks. Relatives, friends, pastors, members of Second Mt. Calvary M.B.C. and Mt. Everest B.C. Employees of Purveyor's of Fine Wines, Blaze, and Brennan's Restaurant are invited to attend the Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Second Mt.
